Ingenious solutions that save time, space and money

The most useful innovations tend to be born out of necessity. Indeed, most of our now-standard product features were originally conceived as solutions to very specific problems our customers were facing.

Deep understanding of how different logistics chains work helps us devise new ways to save time, space and money. To mention a few, our innovations have addressed issues such as:

1. How to minimise the need for manual handling and maximise display value

In the shop, the TDP (Tray-Dolly-Pallet) system eliminates the expensive and time-consuming work of pallet-handling and shelving, while its high display value helps increase sales. For returns, the trays can be stacked to save space. Compatible with fully automated systems and handled on an adaptor pallet in the warehouse, the Tray-Dolly-Pallet system enhances efficiency thoughout the supply chain.

2. How to achieve better vehicle fill and reduce transit damage

A high-strength stillage with no loose parts, the SmartCube takes only moments to assemble, or fold for returns and storage. Fully stackable in either position, it provides considerable savings in transport through improved vehicle fill and in handling by minimising product damage. The SmartCube has a very good interface with other MHE in us. It also improve your costs by reducing the need for secondary packing.
