Quality as a strategy – and a matter of professional pride

 
K. Hartwall’s production plants in Finland, Denmark, England and Scotland are managed according to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. A written quality policy details procedures from receipt of enquiry through design, testing, production and final inspection to delivery.

However, the pursuit of a quality strategy does not finish with the achievement of certification. It is a continuous process of improvement in procedures and checks, a strategy to which the whole company is fully committed. At K. Hartwall, quality is built on shared values as well as every individual’s pride in their work.
