The challenge

K. Hartwall has been working in collaboration with DHL, redefining the A-frame roll cage. The main design aims were to reduce weight, fuel costs, CO2 emissions and noise levels making it more acceptable for residential deliveries at night.

The solution

Thanks to the new, revolutionary design of UK A-frame Classic Silent roll container the goals were achieved. On the latest JD Wetherspoon units noise levels have been reduced by approximately 15 dBA, and were trialled successfully during the London 2012 Olympics.
